SERTOMA (Service to Mankind), assists more than 50 million people with speech, hearing and language disorders as well as providing support for you and local community needs. Monument Hill SERTOMA and Gleneagle SERTOMA are both active clubs within the Tri-Lakes region.

Monument Hill Sertoma
 hosts the annual 4th of July Parade in Monument drawing over 17,000 spectators. Other activities include sponsoring the International Hearing Dog International event that trains and places hearing dogs, fundraising activities, golf and youth programs.

Griffith Centers for Children provides help and hope to abused and neglected children and teens in Colorado, plus we also assist families in making their homes safe and healthy environments for their children.  Griffith's programs and services are available year round, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Tri-Lakes Health Advocacy Partnership (HAP) is a non-profit community organization dedicated to identifying community health issues and creating the necessary support resources. HAP hosts annual community health fairs and education forums as well as providing community outreach programs for area hospitals.  In direct response to community surveys, HAP also offers programs for seniors including transportation services and a foot care clinic, respite care, a support group for Macular Degeneration as well as family support programs. The YMCA Family Center is scheduled to be completed by spring 2008. This12-acre site will offer a family center complete with a community room, gymnasium, wellness center, exercise facilities, a swimming pool with lap lanes and racquetball courts along with programs and day camps for youth and families. Tri Lakes Cares provides community support with programs that provide emergency food assistance, medical services, child-care, senior programs, job training and more.  Filling in the financial gap for those in need for over 20 years, Tri-Lakes Cares offers unique in-kind and financial assistant programs that include GED classes, a jobs network, holiday baskets and budget counseling.  For more information, call 719-481-4864 or email trilakescares@questoffice.net.
